Amidst the skyscrapers and bustling avenues, New York City oldest bar stands as a testament to time. With each creak of its wooden floorboards and whisper of history, this bar embodies the city's rich heritage. Patrons find themselves immersed in an ambiance reminiscent of bygone eras, where echoes of old conversations still linger. It's not just a bar; it's a living museum, preserving the spirit of an age long past, inviting visitors to step into the shoes of those who walked the same floors centuries ago.
I wanted a chance to reflect a year in my life by what I chose to put in it. So for 365 days, I plan on photographing and logging what I ate, where and with whom.
The Challenge? I cannot repeat a meal for the entire year. I can repeat ingredients (ie. scrambled eggs and eggs benedict are not the same meal), but adding a topping (ie. a hamburger vs. a bacon cheeseburger) is considered the same thing and is verboten.
Can I make it? Every food I put into my body will be photographed and put up here.Wish me luck
